We did it
On 18th August 2021 we successfully raised £1,346 ( + est. £209.00
) with 22 supporters in 56 days
Susan needs to shed the pounds, and hopefully will make pounds for Covid vaccinations in the process
Still managing to stick to less than 1400 calories, and am doing 2 reasonable walks a day, around about 7,000 steps in total. So far have lost 4 kilos. MyFitnessPal has been essential. Slow and steady. Please give generously !
Read updateSo far MyFitnessPal has become my best pal. Calories in v Calories out. I’ve been at home, but tomorrow will be a challenge at work. I’m certainly enjoying everything I am eating and have got a new interest and enjoyment from food. Probably because I’m hungry!
