Surrey – Wall calendar 2024

Who I am

My name is Fernando Fernandez and I am a former professional photographer & graphic designer living in Twyford (Berkshire), and currently working as a Project Manager within the Pharma industry. Over the last 25 years, I have published and illustrated more than one hundred books, wall calendars, and other related materials about nature reserves and historical heritage.

Early this year I decided to put my creative skills to good use in creating products that can help charities, and here I am facing my first project, a beautiful A3 Wall calendar about Surrey. 

Why I need your help

I am crowdfunding this project because I believe it could be a win-win situation. As a donor, you will receive a nice wall calendar that would make a wonderful gift for yourself, friends, relatives or colleagues. At the same time, all profits generated (30% of the money raised) will support families across SW London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition.

Through crowdfunding, I am able to presell the calendars so I know how many copies to print. That allows me to reduce costs and raise more money for Momentum. By donating, sharing, engaging, and connecting, you become an integral part of this journey.

Anyone who donates £15 or more will receive a copy of the Wall calendar as a gift.

Next steps

I will receive pre-orders until the end of October. Printing of the calendars will be done during the first half of November so you will get your copy at home from the beginning of Dec 23.

Calendar details: A3 size / 42 x 29.7 cm with top binding / Colour / Silk paper type / 170 gsm paper / 14pp double-sided calendar will consist of 7 pages printed front & back / Binding Wire-o-bound Hanger.   13 pictures included (12 + Cover).

Please note that in December 23, you will receive your calendar (Whether we hit the target or not), and all profits will be transferred to Momentum. The rest of the money will be used to cover the costs of printing, marketing, and delivering the calendars.
