We are a dedicated team who strive to provide children with the knowledge and tools to encourage a healthy lifestyle. We read alot about children growing up in deprived areas where they are unable to learn about leading a healthy lifestyle. We want to work with the local communities to provide this including growing their own vegetables, cooking healthy meals, learning the nutrional value of food. Whilst providing fun workshops. We also want to reach out to special education children within schools to provide them with the same support and fun workshops.
We also want to provide a warm place during the winter months for the elderly. A place to stay warm, chat and have a hot meal. DUE to the financial crisis and looming winter fuel being stopped we believe alot of elderly people will suffer.
On the otherside we also want to provide a catering service.
The money raised will provide funding to action our plan to provide all children within the local community with fun learning workshops to learn fundamental nutrition values for a healthy future. This will also include being able to rent a suitable place within the community. Provide a safe warm place for the elderly and anyone suffering with mental health.
We know this will be successful and we have future plans to transfer this to other communities.
