Helping children use their inner Superheroes to strengthen the power of their mind and support their mental and emotional wellbeing.

by Kate Broughton in Addlestone, Surrey, United Kingdom

Hello I'm Kate.  Anxiety and low confidence were a big part of my life from a young age.  The need for more services to support our children's emotional and mental wellbeing is huge.  1.5 million children in the UK are struggling with a mental health issue and there is not enough services to help them all. Many of those children can wait as long as 10 years to talk to someone.

The money raised will go towards the professional design of the project and to launch it in the community.

This project will show your child how to activate their own group of specialised Superheroes and how to use a variety of tools enabling them to face challenges with confidence.

With the extra funding we can help more children get the help and support they need and learn valuable skills to manage their own emotions and deal with challenges they face.

Please support us in bringing this interactive programme to young children in the community by donating. Visit to find out more about what we do.
