Support Scent of Heaven’s Start-up Costs

Aim: Raising funds to help buffer Scent of Heaven’s start up costs so that we can launch even better
Have you ever had a dream that seems impossible, and so you brush it under the rug, and tell yourself that you’re not good enough?
Hi, my name is Ese, the Founder of Scent of Heaven, and this was me when I had the idea for this business two years ago. As a Christian, my heart has always been set on using the creative talents that God has blessed me with to bless others.
Scent of Heaven began from this place (and to be very honest, my LOVE for candles). What would happen if items so synonymous with home decor, were handmade and creatively combined with the Christian message of God’s love? This seemed too big - but not anymore, because I am convinced that our God given dreams are ABSOLUTELY worth pursuing.
This is why I have started this Crowdfunder; to bring you on this journey where you can be part of making this dream become a reality. I believe in this vision so much that I’ve invested much time and money into it. I have also had some extra support from wonderful angelic people, but have reached a point where extra help would mean starting better!
As a Nigerian, the concept of crowdfunding is not something that comes easily to me (I cringed heavily before, during, and after making this profile), but I’m increasingly understanding that community helps dreams come to life, not trying to do everything by ourselves!
The funds will be used to:
1) Get public liability insurance
2) Place a bulk order for wax for our products
3) Order bulk packaging, product labels, and CLP compliant labels
4) Purchase items for our launch day (location costs, banner, etc)
5) Purchase other items needed to start SOH up well - all before we launch on Saturday, 5th July!
