Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promoter & Benefactor

The promoter and benefactor of this prize draw is The Phoenix Project, a Community Interest Company (CIC), with the registered address at 32 Farley Close, Frome, England, BA11 2EX and registration number 11963338.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of The Phoenix Project and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method  

To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.  

Free entry is also available by post. Full details about the free entry route are below.

Dates

The prize draw opens on 1st April and closes on April 26th at 3:00 PM. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

The prize is a two-night stay at Rock House BNB in the Peak District, which includes two day passes to Chatsworth House (worth £350 in total).  

This prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.  

There is 1 prize available.

Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomized software.  

The draw will take place at the community fundraising event on April 26th at 3:00 PM. The winner will be notified immediately after the draw takes place.  

Winners must claim their prize by responding in person at the event, or via email within 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.

Personal Data  

Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).  

The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

*Free Entry

Free entry to the prize draw is available by post. Full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.  

To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.  

Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.  

Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.  

Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.  

Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity 

By entering, winners agree to allow The Phoenix Project to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.  

Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
