I’m Steven Walker, a hospitality manager, Army veteran, and someone who’s experienced both the highs and lows of life. My journey has been unique and challenging—marked by service in the British Army, years in hospitality, charity work, and even a period where I faced homelessness. My time in the Army taught me resilience, leadership, and the value of standing by those around you, especially during tough times. These experiences have shaped my drive to make a difference and my belief that reliable support can transform lives.

After my Army career, I transitioned into hospitality, where I’ve led teams, managed operations, and helped individuals find stability in their careers. Along the way, I recognized that many people, regardless of their background or situation, could benefit from reliable, accessible assistance—whether they’re working through daily challenges, finding their way, or striving toward personal goals. That’s what inspired me to create PA+, a personal assistance app that’s built to be as dependable as the support we give one another in the service.
