Aim: ❤️ Help Sapcote Memory Hub to raise vital funds and to continue supporting people living with dementia and their families ❤️

At Sapcote Memory Hub, we believe that people living with dementia deserve more than just care, they deserve connection, joy, and a place where they truly belong. Our centre offers just that: a warm, welcoming space filled with meaningful activities, support, and community for those affected by dementia and their families.

Our CEO Katie set up the hub after working in nursing and seeing how isolating dementia can be, not just for the person diagnosed, but for their loved ones too. Over time, we’ve become a lifeline for many local families, but like many small services, we now face rising costs and uncertainty.

Our vision is simple: to keep our doors open and continue being a safe haven where people feel seen, heard, and supported through every stage of their dementia journey. 

The funds raised will help us to:

• Cover essential running costs
• Fund activities to keep people living with dementia well 
• Improve our space by hopefully funding our dream of moving to a better space. 
• Our current premises is very run down and we desperately need to consider new options for moving to a more suitable premises.
