Hello!! My name is Helen and I am a Para Air-rifle shooter.
After my accident three years ago, I found myself struggling to re-enter the workforce. Which led me to studying nutrition, pursuing my hobby as a shooter wherever I have time.
Soon I discovered a deep passion for air rifle shooting. I train hard, adapting and learning in everyway I can. Training bi-weekly in Altrincham with my fantastic and encouraging coach.

Even after recently being displaced from my home, I remain undeterred, positive and focused on reaching my goals. I will passionately and wholeheartedly pursue my dream as a Para Air Rifle athlete and to be the best bringing Gold home.
