Join us for the second annual Shooting Star Corporate Cup, our exciting 6 a-side football tournament that brings together some of our fantastic corporate supporters for some friendly competition.

We are asking you to assemble a team of eight (or at least 6) enthusiastic players, all eager to throw themselves into the tournament, and to help raise vital funds for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. Spectators are welcome too (for a £5 donation) so everyone can get behind the team’s fundraising.

With an entry fee of £600 per team, you’re not just participating in a sports event but also making a difference. We will be encouraging every team to set up a JustGiving page and there will be a prize for the top fundraising team. 

FUNDRAISING
We are hoping to raise as much money as possible so please do set up a Justgiving page via our link here and ask your colleagues, friends and family to sponsor you. It might be the first time you’ve played football in a few years or your boss could give you £10 for every goal scored!

We'll also be holding a raffle which has some fantastic prizes.

Entry cost includes:

• Refreshments
• Networking opportunities
• Food and drink vouchers for every team member
• Awards presentation

Exact timings will follow closer to the event, but below is a rough guide:

• 12:00 Team Registration
• 13:00 Tournament Start
• 18:00 Awards presentation

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a leading children’s hospice charity that believes every life-limited or dying child and their family should get the support they need when they face the unimaginable. 

We’re there for families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care, whilst also helping families to create precious memories with their child. This bespoke support is free of charge to families and is available 365 days a year.

Whatever you do to fundraise for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, from taking part in an event or hosting a bake sale, we rely on dedicated people like you to ensure we can provide this vital support to local families in Surrey and west London.

Don’t forget your kit, shin pads, water bottles, boots (it’s a 3G artificial pitch).

There is onsite parking so we would recommend travelling by car. The closest railway stations are Walton-on-Thames and Hersham, but both are a bus or considerable walk so would advise planning ahead if taking public transport.

CHANGING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE
Don’t forget your kit, shin pads, water bottles, boots (it’s a 3G artificial pitch) there are changing rooms located in the stadium building.
