Terms & Conditions

1.    THE PRIZE DRAW 

1.1 The “Promoter” is MIGHTY CONVOY LTD - a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales with company number 14093179. 

1.2 The Prize Draw will be open for entrants for the following “Promotion Period”: 5 May 2024, 00.00 hrs – 26 May 2024, 23.59 hrs.

1.3 The Prize is one (1) Playstation 5 Digital Edition (Model Group – Slim) Console with DualSense Controller.

1.4 By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2.    ELIGIBILITY 

2.1    Entry is permitted from anywhere in the world. 

2.2    Entrants must be 16 years of age or over on 5 May 2024.  Entrants under the age of 18 must gain consent from their parent or legal guardian: the parent or legal guardian must consent to the person under 18 entering the Prize Draw and consent to these Terms and Conditions. 

2.3    Directors and officers of Mighty Convoy Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from entry into the Prize Draw. Any persons directly involved in the administration of the Prize Draw are also excluded from entry.  

3.    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND ENTRY PERIOD

3.1    Paid entry to the Prize Draw is available via Crowdfunder: https://crowdfunder.co.uk/p/support-aid-to-ukraine-and-win-a-playstation-5

3.2    For free entry by post to the prize draw, see clauses 6 and 7. 

3.3    The prize draw opens on 5 May 2024 at 00.00 hrs and closes on 26 May 2024 at 23.59 hrs (the ‘Entry Period’). Any entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted. 

3.4    Mighty Convoy Ltd is not responsible for any delays in postal delivery by Royal Mail.

4.    THE DRAW AND THE PRIZE WINNERS

4.1    The draw will take place on 15 June 2024 (the ‘Draw Date’).

4.2    Multiple entries per person are permitted. 

4.3    Once the Entry Period is closed, each individual valid entry will be entered into the draw. 

4.4    On the Draw Date the administrator of the draw (Mighty Convoy Ltd) will use a random number generator to select one (1) Prize winner from the valid entries plus five (5) additional entries for use as a reserve list in the event that the Prize winner cannot be contacted in line with clause 4.7 below. 

4.5    The first number drawn will win the Prize. 

4.6    The Prize winner will be notified by email and/or first-class or second-class post within 5 days of the Draw Date. 

4.7    In the event that a Prize winner does not make contact with Mighty Convoy Ltd to claim their prize within twenty-one (21) days of the Draw Date, or is disqualified from the Draw, Mighty Convoy Ltd will allocate their prize to one of the reserve list names (in priority order, starting with the 2nd person identified in the draw).

4.8    Mighty Convoy Ltd’s decision as to the Prize winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

THE PRIZE

5.    The Prize is as follows:

First Prize: (1) Playstation 5 Digital Edition (model Group – Slim) Console with DualSense Controller

5.1    Mighty Convoy Ltd will send the Prize to the Prize Winner by post or courier within 21 days of the Prize Winner claiming the Prize.   The Prize Winner must provide Mighty Convoy with a safe and secure address to receive the Prize. 

5.2    The receipt by the winning entrant of the Prize is conditional upon the winning entrant’s compliance with these rules.  The winning entrant may be required to provide a written acknowledgment of these rules and other terms and conditions, consents or releases relating to the Prize. 

5.3    The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 

POSTAL ENTRANTS

6.    Postal entrants may enter the promotion:

a.    By mailing their full name and email address and full postal address and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number), to the following postal address:

b.    Only one single entry may be contained within an envelope. Entries received other than in an envelope, will not be accepted. 

6.1    In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw. 

6.2    Entries sent by post:

a.    Must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the end of the Entry Period as specified in clause 3.3. 

b.    Entries which have not been given the correct and sufficient payment for postage will be invalid and will not be considered. 

7.    Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted. 

GENERAL 

8.    Mighty Convoy Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winner if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.  Neither shall Mighty Convoy Ltd be liable to the winner for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw. 

9.    Mighty Convoy Ltd reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage. In this event, a notice will be posted on https://crowdfunder.co.uk/p/support-aid-to-ukraine-and-win-a-playstation-5 . Mighty Convoy Ltd also reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 

10.    As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Mighty Convoy Ltd will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully. 

11.    Entrants may be contacted regarding participation in publicity. 

12.    Any personal information collected by Mighty Convoy Ltd in connection with a prize draw will be used in accordance with Mighty Convoy Ltd’s Privacy Policy which can be found here. 

A list names of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address within thirty (30) days of the Draw Date:

13.    Mighty Convoy Ltd will make available information that indicates that a Prize draw has been awarded under this draw. To comply with this obligation Mighty Convoy Ltd will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to Mighty Convoy Ltd Draw Information, c/o PO BOX, (enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope) within thirty (30) days of the Draw Date.  

14.    If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Mighty Convoy Ltd at [email protected] . In such circumstances, Mighty Convoy Ltd might still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

15.    This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
