We're still collecting donations
On the 21st March 2023 we'd raised £2,420 with 22 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Be the bridge of love and support those directly effected by the Earthquake in Adana Turkey, where aid isn't being reached effectively.

Getting continuous support will ensure that the people effected will be supported during the upcoming month of Ramadan. The natural disaster which has struck Turkey & Syria is going to require endless support and not to be forgotten as these people have been made homeless, orphaned and in desperate need to re-build their lives.
IMPORTANT:
Please not any donations made via the reward option there will be a split off 50/50 with this project and my Kiswah Project - Funding the homeless, orphanages, building / renovation of mosques/mizars, water wells and much more. Please contact me directly if unsure on how to proceed or interested in the wider options of the holy relics. Note the Kiswah Project has a larger Kiswah option dependant on Hadiya(donations) offerings. The Kiswa is not for sale but a gift offered for generous donations made towards noble causes.
Dear Reader, my name is Alina. Many of you know me for a long or short period of time, some may know me for my love towards Hazret Mevlana Rumi R.A.(sufi saint) who’s resting place is in Konya, Turkey. If you are receiving this message unsolicited, then it’s because someone has felt the importance of this plea to share with you. For this I’m forever grateful.
Born British Pakistani my heart resides in Konya, Turkey at the feet of Hzt.Rumi R.A. I was blessed with my fist calling(visit) on 14th February 2014 and over the years have made some amazing friends, with Ahmet being one of them. Ahmet is a business man and a loving husband and a devoted father to 3 beautiful children who resides in Adana. He is a co-owner of the coffee shop in the garden of Rumi in Konya, which is where we meet in 2017.
Overnight in the early hours of Monday 6th February the first of several earthquakes hit Turkey and neighbouring Syria. Adana was one of many towns which was effected by the earthquake about 180km west of the earthquake epicentre in Turkey’s Gaziantep province. Adana felt the 7.8 magnitude earthquake at the distance, where buildings collapsed following the 2nd earthquake. Ahmet was fortunate enough to leave his building safely with his family but unfortunately his friends & families weren’t and have been among those trapped in the rubble, with only a few survivors*. The past 2 weeks have been spent in search for their loved ones finding shelter and supporting those in need.
Ahmet has reached out to me with a desperate plea of help. He reported that many buildings in the town were in a similar state and cut off from mainstream aid due to the distance and the heavy devastation elsewhere.
On Tuesday 7th February Turkey aid agency, AFAD, made it to the Town. AFAD mission was to distribute tents, blankets and some basic necessities, which included sandwiches & water and not to help in the rescue efforts. Ahmet and locals initially tried to help with the rescue efforts until rescue services arrived. He and locals have since been helping with buying food and provisions, for those left destitute not just for their own families but for as many people as possible.
The situation is so hard hit that everyone is impacted with or without losing loved ones or their homes. Even the buildings standing have been evacuated and shelter sort by anyone willing to home people or families are resorting to sleeping in the cars, trucks, tents. The night-time temperatures are around -7 degree’s and lowering. What’s making the situation worse are the aftershocks being felt daily.
On 17th February @ 20:52pm when on a call to a friend in Konya there was a panic heard and screams as an earthquake was taking place, which lasted 3 minutes. These aftershocks are ranging from 2 - 4.5 magnitude leaving people emotionally & physically traumatised.
We all have been effected indirectly and I’m sure felt frustrated and helpless not knowing how to help. This is an opportunity for us all to make a difference. As Hzt.Rumi R.A says “Love is the bridge between YOU and everything” our energy resonates at a high frequency when we express the qualities of giving, it encompasses: patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, truth, hope, faith, gratitude, peace. Love is the greatest energy of consciousness, and when we operate from love vibration, we create a reality around us that aligns with our true potential.
Please look to be that “Love” energy to create miracles, joy, and healing for all those in need of our help, as in doing so it will only transform us into a magnet for prosperity in all areas of our own lives. Love never fails!
Ahmet, his friends their families and neighbours, need help. My first thought was to further help the NGO Turkey establishment, who I’ve been working with and supporting but due to regulations and prioritisation measures it’s proving challenging getting aid to these people straight away as they are going without and seriously struggling.
The most effective aid is financial, cash, that will be channelled via Ahmet, and provide necessities from food, warm blankets, toiletries, and clothing, which will be sourced locally as possible.
Having spoken to my family I’m setting up this crowdfunding page and humbly request that you give generously. 100% of your gift will reach Ahmet, his friends, family, neighbours and especially those in desperate need. Thank you!
*Now with the rescue efforts having finished on the Sunday 19th February 2023 we need to focus on how we can support and help re-build the lives
