Support After Devastating Business Loss Fire

Aim: I am writing to request your support following a devastating fire that has left my business with nothing.

Who are we, and what is our project about?

We’re Natbebe Ltd, a small, independent business based in Manchester, UK. Founded in 2021 by a parent who saw the need for practical, safe, and beautifully designed baby products, we specialise in sustainable weaning essentials including silicone suction plates, bibs, bowls, cups, and milestone discs.

At Natbebe, we believe that baby products should be functional, eco-conscious, and elegant. We use non-toxic, BPA-free silicone and eco-friendly packaging to support climate-conscious parenting, making everyday family life simpler and more sustainable.

As a micro business, we’re passionate about making a real difference not only for families, but for the planet. That’s why our project aligns with the Climate Action funding criteria: our goal is to help reduce single-use plastic and promote sustainable parenting from the start of life.

We’re a tiny team with a big heart, and behind this project is a vision to rebuild, restore, and re-grow a business that puts care, quality, and climate at its core.

Why are we crowdfunding?

On 18th June 2025 our premises were completely destroyed, resulting in the loss of all our equipment, stock, and four years of hard work. As a small business owner, this has been a catastrophic blow not only financially, but emotionally. We are doing everything we can to recover and rebuild, and I’ve created a JustGiving page to try and raise the funds needed to get back on our feet and pay for my outstanding business loan. However, the costs are significant, and I am reaching out to   your organisation in the hope that you may be able to offer financial assistance, grant funding, or any hep or advise what to do next. Any form of support whether direct funding, referral to relevant grants, or sharing our campaign would be deeply appreciated.

Replacing lost eco-friendly stock and paying off a bussiness loan.
