Sun Salutations for Poor Communities in the UK

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Shiva Trust Charity. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.

I would like to help Shiva Trust charity because they have always helped me with my mental health, more so during the pandemic and now. I have come to realise that to be happy in one self is to be of service to all beings, especially those in need. Not just our loved ones but those we don't know who are suffering needlessly.

By fundraising for Shiva Trust I can indirectly support thousands of other people, and through the help and support from Shiva Trust, I can give these people the opportunity to live their lives to their full potential. 

The money I raise will provide life skills support to the hardest hit communities which Shiva Trust is already supporting. Training will be provided in : 

• emotional management
• employability skills
• community development 
• exercise
• self-care activities
• career and work-life support
• and most importantly family support

For the last two years during Covid19, Shiva Trust has worked tirelessly every day serving some of the communities in the UK who were hardest hit.

My challenge is to do 108 sun salutations. I haven't done yoga for over a year. This will be a real challenge for me, but I am up for it if it will help others.

If anyone would like to come along and join me, please do. You could even do your own fundraiser to help thousands of our fellow human beings. How amazing is that?
