The Polish Clan Association (PCA) is a dedicated polish group that has been meeting on a weekly basis during term time for over five years. We provide a friendly and supportive environment for Polish families, older people, and women living in West London. Our vibrant community hosts two traditional Polish children's dance groups, an art club for children and a women's club offering a rich cultural experience and fostering a sense of belonging.
We are proud to organise various events throughout the year, including Carnival, Halloween, Christmas parties for children, and one of the largest Polish festivals in the UK. Our activities are not just about entertainment; they are about preserving Polish culture, fostering community spirit, and creating lasting memories.
As our organisation has grown, so has our collection of equipment. We have tables, gazebos, costumes, and various other items that are essential for our events and weekly meetings. Currently, all our equipment is stored in multiple places at my house and garden, making it challenging to keep everything organised and readily accessible.
We urgently need a secure and tidy storage solution to continue our activities without disruption. We plan to purchase two metal sheds and combine them to create one large storage space. This will allow us to keep all our equipment in one place, ensuring everything is well-maintained and easy to access.
As a non-profit group with limited finances, we currently do not have the funds to buy the necessary shed. Without a dedicated storage space, it will be impossible for us to continue operating efficiently. This is where we need the community's support.
We are reaching out to ask for your help in raising £1,000 to purchase the shed. Every donation, whether it’s £5 or £10, will bring us closer to our goal and help ensure the future of our beloved association.
