STOP WATER COMPANIES dumping💩 in our seas

Aim: The aim here is to raise sufficient funds to take legal action against water companies for the dumping of raw sewage in our rivers and seas

I didn't pay my water bill due to the illegal dumping of raw sewage. When the water company made a court claim, I retaliated with a counterclaim for damages. They withdrew the claim, but I have not withdrawn the counterclaim. I have collected so much evidence, I have a strong case and the water company is now running scared.

You too can do the same. This page is to help with legal fees. Hopefully we can raise as much money as possible to help as many people as possible.

I spend most of my time at the coast but find on many occasions I am not able to use the beach or go into the sea as a direct result of the water company responsible for services in my region, dumping raw sewage.  I also see multiple evidence of death and damage to marine life and the environment.

Many of us love to use the beach and sea for water sports, health reasons, fitness, mental health, dog walking, enjoying time with family, etc. this is consistently prevented because water companies are dumping raw sewage illegally.

They have been prosecuted and fined but still do it systematically. Although they say they are investing to prevent this. It’s too little, too late and a very slow process.

We deserve compensation for the disgusting and negative impact on our environment and health the illegal sewage dumping is causing.
