Mara Elephant Project UK (registered charity 1208374), also known as the 'Promoter/s', are promoting a prize draw to raise funds to support its mission of supporting the conservation efforts in the Greater Mara Ecosystem. 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the "Start Your Own Herd: Win an Omersa elephant" prize draw.

• The "Start Your Own Herd: Win an Omersa elephant" prize draw is open to entrants of age 18 and over on the date of entry who reside in mainland Great Britain and Jersey. Employees and trustees of Mara Elephant Project UK cannot enter the draw. By submitting an entry each entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any prize that they may win, and is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Entries found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be excluded from the prize draw.
• Entries can be made online and by post.
• Postal entries are free of charge and can be made by sending the entrants name, email and telephone number to 'Start Your Own Herd: Win an Omersa elephant, Mara Elephant Project UK C/O Taxassist Accountants, 64 Southwark Bridge Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 0AS'. One entry will be granted for each individual item of correspondence received.
• Online entries can be made via the prize draw Crowdfunder page. Online entries are offered at the following costs:
  • 1 entry at £25
  • 3 entries at £50
  • 8 entries at £100
  • 20 entries at £200
• No individual entrant may enter the prize draw more than 300 times.
• The competition will open for entries at noon on Friday 18th October 2024 and close at noon on Friday 22nd November 2024.
• The prize is an Omersa standard size trunk down leather elephant (dimensions: 550 × 240 × 420 mm, weight: 4 kg). One prize is available.
• A winner will be selected at random after 9am on Tuesday 26th November 2024. The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than two days after the date of the prize draw. The result of the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner and made as soon as reasonably possible following the prize draw.
• Mara Elephant Project UK is committed to protecting your information and using it responsibly. Your data will be handled according to Mara Elephant Project UK's privacy policy.
• Any queries, complaints or disputes should be raised in line with Mara Elephant Project UK's complaints procedure.
