Starting a healing business for mental health

All my life I have been on a healing journey like many of us, interested in healing modellies and self-help books. I am a complete softy but would wrestle a lion to save a kitten.

I was always trying to help heal my amazing bright spark of a mother who was a complete empathetic sponge. I was learning healing modalities for her more than for myself and I knew that on this journey I would eventually want to facilitate healing for others.

In 2021 I lost my mother to medical negligence and my world changed forever. I blamed myself for failing to be the healer I know I am, but after years in various kinds of toxic relationships I had no confidence or faith in myself.
After I lost my mother I realised that time waits for no-one and we only have this life (that we remember).
I embarked on a healing journey for myself and through this decided to finally start Hania Healing, a place where breathwork and energy healing among other modalities can create life changing results, release trauma and facilitate huge shifts for many.
Everything in this world costs money. I work 7 days a week and still struggle to move forward. This money will help me across the finishing line.
My business is not a non for profit business, I will be creating a thriving business that will sustain my life but it will be giving the local community and many more online an opportunity to heal. One drop of water creates an ocean, one person can make a change.
