Who am I?
I'm Antonio!! I'm 23 and I love people, I believe that Everyone on the planet deserves to live a life that they love and has created for themselves! Grounded in Integrity, Communication, Innovation and Community I am committed to having people all over the world unite and stand for Humanity!
How we do that is by supporting causes that believe and shift whats possible for human beings, by Sharing, Donating, communicating, creating, playing, loving and living!
What you can do to help is share this with everyone that you know and have gratitude for everyone and everything you have, whether that may be Friends, Family and education, a house, job, car... because the school that we are raising money for doesn't have it all and we can make that difference so please do.
My Story
As a kid, I've never had the opportunity to go on holiday with my family, friends or with school. I used to lie in conversations to friends about holidays " you guys should fly to Portugal it's beautiful" (I've never been on a holiday in my entire life) I was embarrassed to say the truth.. which was I haven't got a passport.
Growing up in NW London never being able to travel to the homeland of Madeira to see family was tough and I was a 13-year-old kid with an image (who didn't) so people had to know how great my life is because that's the norm! well after about 10 years I realised that didn't do much for me and I was the only person that's responsible for my own life and decided to take action, After applying for a British passport, getting refused and then financing myself to naturalise after 2 years of applying I finally got my First Passport at the age of 22!
After going on my first holiday ever over new years 2019/2020 to Madeira & Porto Santo the beautiful islands, being able to spend time with my phenomenal family whom I didn't know existed, I am now about to go on my second trip EVER!!
Kilimajaro!
Its a privilege to be able to spend Christmas and New years in another country let alone a New continent, contributing to the amazing children who are deaf and mute and only have limitations that are seen as a burden, these incredible children are expected to work from a young age and can’t due to their limitations, Msandaka - school for the deaf is a school that teaches great skills to these unfortunate children which in turn has them create finance which supports them and their families. Due to COVID-19 majority of charities in Tanzania have lost all funding.
I will be spending a day at Msandaka school! I am so excited to see the smiles and I'll also be documenting the journey of Kilimanjaro which will be available and sent to you!
50% of donations will be going to the Msandaka school contributing towards their development (Currently funding towards creating a borehole) and the other 50% will support me in going to Kilimanjaro and participating in a leadership programme, developing myself in my commitment to having people have and do anything in their life!
