Staff training September 2025

This September 12th and 13th, we are planning a vital residential event for our dedicated staff — a time for team building, training, reflection, and renewal. After a year of hard work and significant achievements, this event is more important than ever to recharge our team's energy and strengthen our collective impact.

Because our staff work across England and Scotland, this residential is our only opportunity each year to come together in person for training, engagement, and team-building. It’s a rare and important chance to connect, share experiences, and strengthen the relationships that make our work so effective.

However, due to reduced income this year, we are currently unable to cover the full cost of the event.

We’re reaching out to our community for support. Your contribution — big or small — will directly help fund accommodation, meals, and essential resources for this two-day retreat.
