St Patrick’s Day Virtual Fun Run

The Emerald Centre is a Leicester based facility which is home to Naomh Padraig GAA club. We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic facility which serves the Irish community in Leicester as well as those who are of Irish descent and many more. Having such a venue means that we are also responsible for the up keeping of the grounds too which is something we take much pride in. As part of this the committee is aware that the netting behind our goals which protects the car park and the main building is in much need of repair. Therefore we have decided to challenge ourselves with a variety of fundraising events this year to try and replace the netting and posts. This first event is a virtual St Patricks Day Fun Run whereby the club is challenging all members past and present, young and old to get out and try and cover a huge distance of 500km on Saturday 20th March!
