St Nicolas' Playground Fund

Aim: Help the PTA buy fantastic playground equipment to keep children active, strong and fit!
St Nicolas’ School has asked the PTA to fund a new playground to provide our children with a safe space that inspires them, encouraging them to be physical, positively impacting on their health and mental wellbeing. As a school we are lucky to have lots of space for children to move and play, but children currently cannot use the lower playground as the equipment has reached the end of it's life and is now beyond economical repair.
This project, which will cost a total of £20,000 will enable us to resurface the playground, making it a safer environment for all to use; purchase new playground equipment that supports gross motor skills and when installed, encourage physical activity and being outdoors.
The PTA has already raised £10,000 this school year for the playground fund through various events and lots of hard work and dedication.
We need your help with one final big push to raise £10,000!
Please donate whatever you can - and know you are bringing us a step closer to brand new playground equipment, for more than two hundred children at St Nicolas’ School, as well as for hundreds more pupils in the future.
This project is the largest undertaking of the PTA, and one that we know will benefit the children and their families, for years to come. We know that our school and community are amazing, and has come together before to make extraordinary things happen.
