This year at St Mary’s, we would like to raise money for this charity as one of our families is living with this condition and could not have got to the place they are today without the support of this small charity. Please donate generously where you can.
Our children and staff will be taking part in a biathlon! We are going to run/walk a mile and swim 200m of our school pool.
Rett UK is a charity that is dedicated to supporting and empowering people with Rett syndrome and their families. They provide family support and educate health and social care professionals to get a faster Rett syndrome diagnostic. They also support and encourage new research and therapies.
Their vision is that everyone with Rett syndrome is given every opportunity to achieve their individual potential so that they may live their life to the full.

We have be completely blown away by how much the wonderful St Mary’s community have raised for RETT UK. Thank you to all the children and staff for their incredible efforts during the biathlon, to their family & friends for supporting them and a special thank you to Mrs Ellett for organising the event and putting so much effort into making it a huge success! We are very lucky to be part of such a caring and thoughtful community. RETT UK provide vital support, help and advice to us RETT families, this money will make a huge difference.
