Cosy, Sustainable Homes To Meet Local Housing Need

Aim: To submit a planning application to provide 3 small local homes that are sustainably built and energy efficient to live in.

We are seeking funding so that we can make the planning application for 3 small homes for local people. This will be a pilot project of Lands End Peninsula CLT working with Agile Properties to provide completely sustainable homes in a non traditional way on a small, complex brownfield site in St Just.

Through Community Capacity Funding, we have come a long way towards what is required to submit a planning application but more surveys and drawings are needed. Watch the video to explain more and view the site.
