Dear St John’s Families and Friends 

A warm welcome to our first ever PTA crowdfunding page at St John’s RC Primary School Chorlton.

During Covid 19 our fundraising focus has taken a turn. Like many schools , St John’s are in urgent need of new IT equipment (laptops, computers and ipads). We would like you to help us focus on fundraising for new technology and join us in some fun ways to raise PTA money.

The PTA Commitee have been working hard virtually to think of easy and fun fundraisers which we can all do apart, but together, over the Summer. We are proposing a ‘St John’s Summer Fundraiser for Technology’. We are suggesting that the children and their families choose any challenge they want; something they enjoy, maybe reflecting a talent or a hobby. We have suggested some ideas below, but there are no limits to your imagination, so please feel free to do whatever you like, and ask for a donation or sponsorship from friends and family. 

• Assault Course-make one and try for a personal best!

• Readathon

• Litter pick

• Good Deed Day- How many can you do?

• Skipping/Dancing/Running- set yourself a challenge for time or distance!

• Wellie Throwing-how far can you go?

• Car Wash

• Home Help-can you do some extra jobs?

As we can’t collect cash contributions, we have set up this crowdfunding page. Any amounts of sponsorship via this page will be very gratefully received.
