Terms & Conditions

Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter of this prize draw is Peter Lynch, Sheldon School, Hardenhuish Lane, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 6HJ on behalf of the Sheldon Student Opportunity Fund - registered charity number 1116688.
• The benefactor of this prize draw is the Sheldon Student Opportunity Fund - registered charity number 1116688.   

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. 

Dates

• The prize draw opens on 9am on Tuesday 4 March 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 20 March 2025.  Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prizes detailed in the list are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are 22 prizes available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online random number generator to select winners as per the numbered list of prizes.
• The draw will take place on Friday 21 March 2025, and the winner(s) will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must collect their prize from the Sheldon School reception during school opening hours by Thursday 3 April 2025.  
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 3 days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
