Sports for mental health
Not quite
Unfortunately this project was not successful.

A club where everyone feels comfortable from all backgrounds, health issues and anxieties where we are able to learn from each other.

I am 30 years old from glasgow scotland and have made more mistakes than I care to count. I have in recent years been diagnosed with autism, personality disorder syndrome and bulimia as well as suffering really bad anxiety which means I really struggle to meet new people which means I'm not always in the best of minds when making decisions and also rarely do things I actually enjoy doing like.sports and cycling. I am determined to get the better of it all and make myself a better person and I would love to be able to help others who are in the same boat be it less.or more severe and also learn of.their experiences while also getting more exercise and being out and about helping the mental state In a more passive way. I want to do this by creating a club which does.differnet activities.througout the week including football, basketball ,cycling and even less strenuous things like walking. I would.use any funds raised to get the club off the ground, marketing ect aswell as renting facilities and buying equipment to try and ensure things are as cheap as possible for everyone so that people who.are struggling with money aren't put off joining. I would.like to.branxh out.in time to as many people and as many parts of the country as possible to try make a difference. Any help.ia greatly appreciated at the start of.this journey and I hope to do yous all proud
