This September I shall be entering The Great North Run. 

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated. 

This will my first half marathon, your support and encouragement will be greatly appreciated to get me through this.
