Rob is so passionate about this project, myself and lee felt his enthusiasm from the beginning, it’s a wonderful project to honour our boys that fought for us and a permanent reminder of the sacrifice for our freedom today. It’s not only us (M&P bricklayers Ltd) that have contributed, a lot of other people have too, notably Dave Wilson from WPE who are doing the plaques. But full credit needs to be given to rob, his passion for the raf squadrons is to be admired and the monument will remain as a permanent sign of the respect to the men and families of the lives that were lost. Something we should admire and respect for years to come. Well done rob.
