SAVE SPACE SHOT

I would like to say thank you to Margaret Hilton, Graham, Pam, Heather, Andre, Dave Walley, Val Beer, Loraine, Becca, Barbara Phillips, Arthur Phillips, Lindsey Phillips, Marie Gillbard, Val, Mick Barnard and Dave for sponsoring Kieran Walker to do the 10 Tors challenge to raise funds for SPACE Shot. Ernesettlers are supporting this project as best they can. We believe that charity begins at home and we want our young people to aspire to greater things for their good and the good of the community. Last year, at our community lead fun day, Spaceshot and the young people on the estate ran a music festival and were hoping to help out again this year and in the future. Your help is needed here to help them sustain a future. The community forum fund, which is run by a residents committee for the estate's events such as the fun day and children's parties is here backing this project too. We really cannot afford to loose this community asset with the hard work that has been put in for our youngsters benefit so please help us to help ourselves. Your pledge big or small will be appreciated.

This is a worthwhile project. My 3 children who use it love going. It has helped my children with their confidence levels. One is now doing the 10 Tors challenge as a way to get more money coming in to the group. They have become friends with a whole range of young people from other schools who they would not have been friends with if SPACE shot was not around. They have encouraged the young people to meet the older generation at other things that go on in the area and they help with funday's to raise funds for other community activities. Without SPACE shot none of this would have happened. Please support.

This group has been brilliant for my children to get out and about and learn life skills.The youth workers are approachable for both parents and children.
