We own and restore a collection of historic buses, coaches and London taxis. Our vehicles are not used for hire and reward but are available free of charge for schools, colleges and other educational institutions who wish to visit them and study the cultural and historical significance and impact of the transport of yesteryear.

We were set up in 2011 and finally became a registered charity in 2024.
Southern Counties Omnibus Collection actively preserves and restores our collection of historical vintage buses, coaches and London taxis.
We currently have ten buses and four taxis in our care. Some of these will need a full restoration to return to the road whilst others are roadworthy already. Amongst our vehicles we have the sole surviving Willowbrook bodied Bristol VR, TFN980T and a rare MCW Metrocab taxi.
