Rural South Indian Veg Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I would like to start a rural South Indian restaurant in Milton Keynes. There are many restaurants, no offense to them; however, we do not have a Bhavan like Arya Bhavan, Ananda Bhavan, or Saravana Bhavan. It's not just because of the name; it would be so good to have a morning filter coffee with idly, dosa, and sambar in a clear, neat environment. It would be a great addition to the city, and who wouldn't love it? I have been trying to get some funds to attract franchise attention, but it looks like I need a significant amount of crowd to make some noise. This is not just my team starting a business and earning; it's about how much I love food and the culture that I would love to experience where I live. I don't mind if this takes months or if someone comes up with an idea before me. It would still be a beautiful achievement.
