Welcome to Sorella, a project rooted in passion, nature, and the bond between two sisters with a shared vision: to create a beautiful, sustainable life from the ground up. From a charming café and boutique Airbnb in a picturesque Italian town, to a full-scale self-sufficient farm filled with olive groves, grapevines, animals, and slow-living magic, Sorella is more than a business — it's a movement toward conscious living.

We’re two sisters — one creative, one practical, both passionate — rebuilding our lives to offer something real. We dream of:

☕ Phase 1 – The Café & Boutique Airbnb (Town Launch)

Our journey starts in a small Italian town, where we’ll open a warm, seasonal café serving food made with fresh local produce and a few foraged ingredients from the nearby hills. We'll run two small Airbnb apartments above or beside the café to create income and host mindful travelers.

• A space to begin our brand, test our products, and fund the larger vision

🐐 Phase 2 – The Farm: Self-Sustaining Living & Retreat Space

Once the café and Airbnb are established and bringing in income, we’ll buy land in the countryside and begin building our forever home: a small, eco-friendly farm. The dream is to grow everything ourselves — vegetables, grains, olives, grapes — and raise cows, goats, chickens, pigs, and llamas. We'll make our own flour, cheese, wine, and oils, and create an event space for workshops, yoga retreats, seasonal markets, and rural weddings.

Phase 2 Goals:

• A self-sustaining family farm

• Eco accommodation for guests (glamping, tiny homes, or cabins)

• An event space for community and celebration

• A base to produce wine, cheese, flour, fruit, and honey

• Living gently with the land, for generations

We’ll be transparent every step of the way. Every euro will go directly into making Sorella a sustainable, welcoming, and real place — with updates, videos, and behind-the-scenes progress shared throughout the journey.
