Aim: Our aim is to become a Registered Provider for Social Housing and to work alongside local councils to reduce the housing waiting lists.
We are a husband and wife team and we believe that it is wrong that are families stuck in emergency accommodation for god knows how long and kids shouldn’t have to grow up in places like that and they should be able to grow up in a safe and stable environment.
So with nearly 1.3m people waiting for social housing in England at the moment, but in 10 years time they reckon there will be closer to 2m people waiting for social housing.
The £3,000 we’re looking at to raise will go on our application to become a Registered Provider for Social Housing.
