I’m raising money for the Scottish Association For Mental Health - a charity that is helping to tackle the mental health crisis in Scotland . We’re all affected by mental health in some way and we all know how difficult it is to get proper help and support. SAMH offer mental health services in 60 locations across the country - see their website for more details.
Cutting down on alcohol is great way of getting on top of your mental health - you get the health benefits as well as the personal satisfaction of sticking to a resolution you’ve made. I’d highly recommend it. Please consider joining me in my sobriety or just throwing SAMH a few quid on my behalf!
