Survivors of Abuse (S.O.B) is a UK-based charity dedicated to empowering adult survivors of childhood abuse. Founded by Chris Tuck, herself a survivor, the organisation offers a transformative and holistic approach to recovery through its signature C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living Therapy Programme. This 8-week programme, currently the only one of its kind in the UK, focuses on healing both mind and body by addressing mindset, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. Survivors are supported in processing their trauma, rebuilding their lives, and achieving overall wellness. Our mission is to help survivors reclaim their lives by fostering resilience and long-term well-being. The charity provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can work through the lasting effects of emotional, physical, sexual abuse, and neglect. However, to expand our reach and impact, we urgently need funding and support. Currently, our resources are limited, and to extend our life-changing C.L.E.A.N.E.R. programme nationwide, we rely on donations, fundraising efforts and National Lottery Funding. With additional support, we aim to grow the charity and ensure that more survivors across the UK can access our services for free. Your contribution can help us transform lives, breaking the cycle of abuse and trauma.

Survivors of Abuse (S.O.B) is a UK-based charity founded by Chris Tuck, a survivor of all forms of abuse, to empower adult survivors to reclaim their lives.
The charity uses a holistic approach, focusing on mental, physical, and emotional recovery through its unique C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living Therapy Programme. This 8-week trauma-informed programme combines mindset, nutrition, fitness, and stress management to support survivors in their healing journey. It's currently the only programme of its kind in the UK.
S.O.B. also raises awareness about the long-lasting impacts of childhood abuse and collaborates with various organisations to provide resources for survivors and those who support them.
Notably, the charity runs workshops for professionals and delivers talks to raise awareness of the impacts of childhood trauma.
To continue growing and expand nationwide, S.O.B. relies on fundraising and donations. The charity aims to make its life-changing programmes accessible to more survivors across the UK in the next five years.
Nearly all funds raised go directly to supporting survivors, with an estimated cost of £600 per participant to access their signature 8 Week programme for free.
