Slogging it out on Race to the Castle - 100km race

Aim: I'm supporting Sustainable St Albans to help reduce the CO2 produced by St Albans residents, through local action. I'm running a 100km race.
100km is the longest I will ever have raced. It's quite daunting, to be honest. But I'm doing it to support Sustainable St Albans - a charity local to me, and which I'm very proud of. SSA works to engage the local community, and reduce our CO2 output.
I'm running Race to the Castle on 27th May - all in one go - from Kirkharle to Bamburgh Castle.
