We address the individual needs of young people aged 6-25 years old and their local community in inner-London. We enable them to achieve personal goals, realise their potential and contribute positively to their community. This is delivered through free-to-access youth and community-led programmes and activities.

Since 2001 we have offered free-to-access youth and community-led programmes and activities in inner-London, sharing the following objectives:
- Enable people to develop communication and social skills, self-confidence and motivation to achieve goals, and the ability to cope with life's 'ups and downs'
- Empower people to make positive health and lifestyle choices, including increasing their participation in sport and positive recreational activities
- Provide opportunities for people to volunteer and develop transferable employability and citizenship skills, whilst raising their awareness of training and career opportunities
- Champion the needs of local people and encouraging partnership working between local community organisations, public sector service providers, policy makers, businesses and young people
- Support parents, carers and the community to become actively engaged in, and understand the everyday lives of young people
- Develop best practice and share innovation in youth work
We carry out a range of year-round free-at-the-point-of-access activities focusing on:
- progression pathways;
- improved health and well-being; and
- leadership, social and emotional skills and outlook.
