- Good Mental health is so important to help us navigate a nourishing and balanced life while dealing with all sorts of stress and trauma. We've all experienced some form of mental health challenge, let's make a difference together and raise funds for a fantastic charity.
I want to make a difference in my own special way lol, with your donation, in helping people who are struggling with mental health and need support, so I've decided to jump out of a plane while I'm in New Zealand South Island and raise some cash for "Mind".
Mind is an amazing UK registered charity. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
