We're still collecting donations
On the 31st March 2025 we'd raised £440 with 8 supporters in 82 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 31st March 2025 we'd raised £440 with 8 supporters in 82 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We are aiming to build SJF Robotics into a school-wide program engaging as many learners as we can in STEAM through FLL and FTC competition.
SJF runs the FLL (year 7 and 8) and FTC (years 9 - 13) competitions.
As part of these competitions’ learners are responsible for raising all of their own costs.
This season we want to use our fundraising to:
* Allow us to run outreach activities to ensure as many people as possible have the chance to see the impact STEAM and robotics can have on their lives.
* Buy upgrades to our robotics kit - our FTC kit is old and well loved, our FLL team only have access to the base kit and want to add to this.
* Launch more teams - we would love to be able to offer a spot to everyone who wants to take part in robotics but for that we need to run more teams which means more entry fees and more kit requirements.
* Allow us to travel to competitions - the downside of growing our teams is we no longer fit on the minibus so need to hire coaches for competition travel on top of our hotel costs.
* Foster a team identity through hoodies, t-shirts and promotional materials.
Thank you for supporting our journey.
