Sisters of Support is a free, peer-led mental health support group for women. We aim to break the stigma around women’s mental health by providing a safe and welcoming space where women can speak openly and receive the support they need.
Our volunteers, all women, selflessly dedicate their time to create an environment of understanding and compassion. Through these peer-led sessions, we help women feel heard and supported, because #weARElistening.
