Aim: To launch a beautifully curated Wine Lounge in Earls Barton, Northampton. We want to create a space that is welcoming, versatile and cosy!

Sip & Olive here and we’d like to introduce ourselves and pitch to you why we would be grateful for your support for our first location!

We’re a passionate team of food and wine lovers, united by a simple belief: great wine, delicious food, and good company should be enjoyed by everyone — without any snobbery. 

Our vision is to create a welcoming wine lounge & bistro in the heart of Earls Barton, Northamptonshire, a place where neighbours and visitors alike can relax, catch up, and feel truly at home.

Our team combines years of experience in hospitality, culinary arts, and the wine industry. We’re committed to crafting a unique experience that blends quality with comfort - imagine this: beautiful wines hand picked by our team, hearty, lovingly prepared food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere designed for connection and learning. Whether you’re a wine novice or a seasoned enthusiast, you’ll find a friendly space to explore new tastes, share stories, and unwind.

To bring this vision to life, we’re crowdfunding to renovate an amazing local building. Your support will help us fit out the bar with quality equipment, create cozy seating areas where people can relax all night long, and build a kitchen capable of delivering truly exceptional food. Every penny raised will go directly into making the lounge a vibrant & welcoming space — one that Earls Barton villagers can be proud of.
