Nolan Elliott Stevens born on the 13th August. He battled his way but Nolan sadly lost his life on the 7th November at just 3 months. He left an irreplaceable hole, his memory will reign through our families especially his parents. The most special little boy knew nothing but love and cuddles, truly spoilt and cherished everyday.
Nolan and his family were cared for by Charlton Farm, one of the three Children’s Hospice South West sites. CHSW aim to cover a two hour radius from anyone of their sites, located in Cornwall, Barnstaple and Bristol. Like the RNLI you never know when you will need them but they are there if you ever unfortunately do.
Life felt like it was over for the family too but Charlton Farm were remarkable, helping making amazing memories as a family in the small time they we had together. Nothing will bring back little Nolan but together we can help others with the immensely tough times ahead.
The days when you feel lost or broken there’s always someone to talk to, it truly is inspiring what they do.
Please help us help others.
