#sherocks is a global community of women and men sharing their power to drive women's empowerment in India in a wide variety of ways.

The organisation behind this community is called Secret Projects Community Benefit Society, which trades as Secret Projects. 

We believe women and girls have the right to thrive. Our business is designed to makes this happen. Did you know that in India there are millions of women trained to stitch who are not earning a regular income? There are a number of reasons for this but the main one is the women do not the right market leverages to sell any products they make. Secret Projects is working hard to solving the selling problem. We know that sales = women's empowerment.

These community members often choose to ask their friends and family to sponsor their activities to raise contributions to Secret Projects activities in India. The money contributed could be spent on any of the following:

• Running of our Training for Empowerment Programme made up of 4 stages (1. Training, 2. Professionalism 3. Enterprise Development 4. Leadership).
• Working with existing and new Maker Groups
• Development new products. The sale of products is the core driver of our mission to empower
