Birthday fundraiser

Aim: Please support this small charity to offer a simple welcome to those desperate people fleeing war and persecution.
It's my birthday on Sunday and I feel so grateful to finally feel settled and at home, surrounded by so many wonderful friends and family after so long on the road.
It is hard to see those images of men, women and children fleeing terror. And to know that those who brave it to the UK face a long and punishing road to have their case heard, let alone accepted and to finally settle and heal. There are obviously some giant charities doing great work on the front line. But this small grassroots team could just make the difference for someone far away from home, desperate and vulnerable. It could so easily be one of us. Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated - if only because those refugees will know that they are not completely alone.
