We took on Sharon in September as a foster, after his main caregiver abandoned him. After taking him on we noticed him deteriorate in health. We took him to the vets and found out he has a very serious disease called Feline Infection Peronitis. This can be fatal in cats if not treated urgently.

I was given the choice of putting him down or going through with the treatment. This was a difficult decision to make because we know we cannot afford it, and we did not expect these kind of costs when taking on a foster.
My housemate and I are animal rights activists and we believe that every life matters. He deserves a good life, especially after going through such a turbulent time recently.
He is in great spirits and has improved so much after being in hospital. The medication is working really well, he is now eating properly and being more active.
He is back to his mischievous self again, climbing all over the flat and has even been on a few trips outside!
I was told Sharon needs to be on these tablets until mid January. We have previously fundraised to pay for his hospital stay and I am currently on a payment plan to pay The Ralph back for this.
The vets told me the tablets are very expensive but he needs to keep taking them without fail or the disease could come back.
10 tablets - £436.36
20 tablets - £707.29
42 tablets - £1355.99
I need to order the last round of medication on the 27th December, when the local vets is open after Christmas. After this, he will not need to be on them anymore.
We are in the final stretch now, please help us get him through so Sharon can recover fully, so we can give him the life he deserves.
