At Kahaila we are working to support ex-offenders and those at risk of homelessness through our barista & roastery employment workshop (BREW) which we will provide training and employment opportunities. This new project will:
- Teach our beneficiaries to be Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) qualified baristas and gain the skills needed to get into long-term employment
- Provide community through mentoring and support
- Provide employment.
