Serenity Garden Prize Draw

1. The 'Promoter' of the competition is Debs Blandford on behalf of RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter.

2. The 'Donator' is the supplier of the prize. 

3.‘Pledge’ or ‘Pledging’ refers to the act of making a small payment to enter the prize draw where it be a one off pledge or a pledge made through the Reward function.

4. ‘Rewards’ refer to a pledge that includes particular benefits as outlined on the main page. ‘Reward’ in the context of this prize draw means the participant receives multiple entries to the draw.

5. By pledging and entering (including via free entry route) you confirm you are over 18 and are a resident of the UK.

6. Enter by pledging, the free entry route or by using the Reward function for multiple chances to win.

FREE ENTRY ROUTE:

Free entry route means no pledge is required however, it is the entrant’s responsibility and expense to ensure postage is paid (this is considered a small and unavoidable cost).

Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw through free entry route.

To join through the free entry route please send a letter to:

The letter should include your full name, postal address, email address and contact number. (Please note that your details could be stored securely for up to one year after the draw, after which they will be confidentially destroyed. During this time you have the right to withdraw. You can do so by emailing [email protected]).

Please insert the following statement into your letter to confirm entry:

Please accept this letter as my one free entry into the RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter prize draw in relation to the Serenity Garden project. I consent for you to store my details for the purposes of this draw, and I am happy to be contacted in this regard.

7. Start date: 01/03/2024. End date: 30/06/24.

8. Prize details can be found on our main page on CrowdFunder. All prizes have been kindly donated by local businesses.

9. One winner will be announced per prize and will be done so at random.

10. Winners and prizes are selected at random therefore, you enter at your own discretion. No refund will be authorised if you win a prize that is not suitable or that you are not able to utilise however, you may be able to gift your prize forward if agreed with the donator. You may also have the option to re-donate it to a future prize for somebody else to enjoy. Means of claiming your prize will vary depending on which prize you win. The draw promoter will assist you with obtaining your prize along with the donator. 

11. By entering you consent for all personal details supplied to be securely stored and retained on our system for up to one year after the draw and be used for purposes of this draw only.

12.Once the draw has been completed and all prizes have been won, we will release an update to confirm so to all participants.

13. 100% of the proceeds raised through the prize draw will go directly to RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter and contribute towards the Serenity Garden project.
