Hello!
My name is Emily, and I am a Junior Doctor based in Bristol.
The recent travesties unfolding in Ukraine at the hands of Russia have caused a great deal of pain and I intend to do my little bit to support the collaborative effort the world is undertaking to raise funds to support the Disasters Emergency Committee.
In my spare time, I have been making Scrunchies in the striking national colours of Ukraine with the help of my amazing mum. I am doing this firstly to demonstrate solidarity for our brothers and sisters in a country currently being devastated by a meaningless conflict, but also to raise money for the relief effort and to make a small contribution to fellow humans in requirement of some of the most basic necessities.
