Poly eco farming saving uk crops bio agents

I am a llb who prior to becoming a legal philosopher and economist. I was a horticutal assistant. I'm worried about the cost of living and the world's agriculture so I'm starting this buisness to help uk food production. In the climate today we need affermitive action I no how to do this. I have a great team and plants and trees love me. I will produce healthy food. The government will give me grants but not until I raise some money so help me to help you. The bio agents affecting crops and animals. Such as bird flu. And toxic gasses like radon need to be minimised.  Hence a open farm which is polytunneled. However this is costly and I'm making a plea for funding to try build a eco friendly safe grow space farm.
